Head start through service integration

Customer satisfaction excellence
"Cost savings are good; innovation is better."
T-Systems is positioned as a leader in the Gartner magic quadrants for “global” and “Pan-European” network service providers.
“We have greatly expanded our integrated managed network services offer and increased our head start in the realm of cloud-enabling services,” says Dietmar Geiler, Head of Business Relations Sales & International at T-Systems. He also points out that it is important to be smart and efficient in managing one’s own network and to supplement it with additional services such as APM, Security, Managed LAN, UC or Corporate Video applications. Because only those who combine IT and the TC world can offer innovative services. According to Geiler’s opinion, the company’s successful placement as a leader in the current Gartner magic quadrants for global and Pan-European NSPs confirms that T-Systems’ positioning as a network services integrator is being acknowledged by the market.
“In addition to our own network, we are concentrating on the seamless integration of our partner networks in order to ensure high-quality SLAs for the managed services,” explains Yvonne Kaupp, Senior Relations Manager at T-Systems. “Our strengths as a provider of network-optimized managed services are reflected in our customers’ excellent feedback on our service quality and our price models, not only in Europe but worldwide as well.”
