Divorce is painful. So, at least the legal aspects of a separation should kept as brief as possible. Particularly in Family Law, new e-Justice procedures are being progressed. With digital court documents, for example. These make all judicial procedures more transparent, more comprehensible, faster and, last but not least, more economical.

T-Systems is one of the pioneers in electronic legal transactions. We set standards, for example, with our project "Electronic Legal Transactions in Family Law in Lower Saxony": For the first time, we reproduced a procedure completely electronically, from receipt of the application document to delivery of the verdict.
