Boosting development processes

The ash cloud from the volcano Eyjafjallajökull, which crippled air traffic for days throughout Europe, posed no problem to the automotive supplier Veritas. The company, based in the German state of Hesse, has been relying on the unified communication and collaboration (UCC) platform PLATON by T-Systems for over two years. As head of the fluid development area at Veritas AG, Martin Ehret develops conduits for fuel and other liquids in cars. In an interview, he talks about his experience with virtual collaboration.
