Major deal from the Bonn Post Tower

Deutsche Post DHL continues to rely on T-Systems. The leading shipping and logistics company worldwide extends and expands ICT outsourcing contracts until late 2014.
The previous contract consisted of computing and desktop services as well as infrastructure and network services. Deutsche Post DHL has now decided to extend the contract by an additional five years and moreover required further services. T-Systems will be responsible for managing the entire process chains between DHL and its customers and for the operation of 65 applications as managed application services. Furthermore, T-Systems will take over data center services from other providers. Around 100 Deutsche Post DHL employees will transfer to T-Systems on April 1, 2010.
